Alright Ljudi, we’ve been quiet for 3 long month trying to survive the winter.

We’re back in crazy horse this Friday to crank up a gear and start spring with hot tunes from warmer places.
We decided to come back to crazy horse because while Stross was OK, Crazy Horse was OUT OF CONTROL.

Now that they’ve got a new sound system and that we have  got some new tunes we’re ready to tear the place apart.

The entrance are as usual a symbolic 15 kn. Drinks are good and well priced.

A bit of music history. This Song recorded by Ivory Coast Artist Douk Saga in Paris in 2002  is generally considered the begining of  the Coupé Décalé movement. A group of african dj’s refering to themselfs as ‘Jet Set” invented the style in French Nightclubs. The songs adress topics such as wealth and love and are products of the struggle of african immigrants in France and western-europe and their perception of the system they live in and the system they came from.The style has developed into one of the most popular african dance styles in french clubs today.

Always growing and hoping spots it’s going down in Strossmayer Bar (ex-Gradec)  in Gornji Grad this time.

Why Strossmayer? Because this club is on the rise since it’s changed owner and manager. Give it a few more weeks and we are convinced  it’s gonna be one of the number one spots in town. The club is proper.  Actually hard to belive that it is still as unknown as it is. Whatever. We are going to change that right now!
